Description

Join the CLE Performer Stuart Teicher, Esq., as he explores the never-ending problems with virtual assistants and related technologies. If lawyers are now aware that some human beings are listening to recordings from these devices, then it follows that we no longer have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the product. This course will cover the background ethics issues which set forth the concerns with technology like virtual assistants. In the program we will spend a little more time applying these concepts to the issues that are presented by Alexa and Siri and all the rest.

This program was recorded on March 17th, 2023.
