Even with recent cases, making headlines, and the rollout of employee protections through recent legislation, harassment & discrimination remains unquestionably under-reported. Tackling workplace harassment must begin at a granular level, impacting an overall cultural shift that will truly eradicate workplace harassment & discrimination. Panelists in this session will examine key components to ending these behaviors, as well as provide an internal infrastructure, built to combat harassment at every level. This session will cover: - Training programs - stop the harassment before it becomes a claim - preventative measures.
