Julie Coletti

Julie Coletti is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer, responsible for all aspects of Align Technology's global legal and regulatory affairs. Ms. Coletti joined the company in May 2018 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Strategic Commercial Affairs.

Ms. Coletti is an experienced life sciences and technology executive, general counsel and chief compliance officer with a proven track record of leading business-focused, results-oriented legal and compliance teams during periods of transformation and growth.

Prior to joining Align, she served as Vice President and Global General Counsel of Danaher Corporation’s $3 billion dental medical device platform, where she led a team of over fifty legal, intellectual property, compliance, environmental health and safety and trade professionals. Before Danaher, she served as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Bayer HealthCare's MEDRAD/Radiology and Interventional Division, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for imaging and interventional cardiology.

Ms. Coletti received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh and her BA, cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Christina Ondrick

Christina Ondrick is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on patent litigation in nearly every significant patent jurisdiction, including the International Trade Commission, District of Delaware, Northern District of California, Eastern District of Texas, Eastern District of Virginia, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Christina has litigated patent cases for over 20 years, including as co-lead counsel in over ten lawsuits that went to trial. She specializes in complex infringement cases and has achieved numerous successes in a diverse range of technical fields including telecommunications, semiconductors, consumer electronics, medical devices, metallurgy, robotics, power tools, and static displays. In addition, she has extensive experience in handling trade secret, unfair competition, and antitrust claims. Christina is experienced in managing and coordinating multijurisdictional disputes that involved parallel actions in district courts, the ITC, USPTO and foreign jurisdictions. She works with diverse clients and cases that range from high-profile, competitor versus competitor “bet the company” litigations for Fortune 500 companies to smaller litigations for rapidly growing companies.

Christina’s trial skills have garnered recognition from The Legal 500 and Super Lawyers. She is also an author and commentator concerning intellectual property issues. Christina is the Moderator for the DC Chapter of ChIPs, an organization dedicated to advancing and connecting women in technology, law and policy. Christina also works with clients in establishing and growing corporate diversity initiatives.

Prior to her legal career, Christina was an engineer working in the oil, gas and specialty chemical industries, providing engineering services to chemical, petrochemical, and energy companies. She advised clients on engineering design, risk reduction, and loss prevention.

Christina received her J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, magna cum laude. She earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.

She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, ChIPs, American Intellectual Property Law Association, Federal Circuit Bar Association, and International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association.

Mita Chatterjee

Paromita (Mita) Chatterjee is Corporate Counsel, IP at Hologic, Inc. She provides strategic counsel on all IP-related issues including patent portfolio strategy, enforcement, freedom to operate, trademark and copyright strategy, and IP-related transactional work.

Prior to joining Hologic, Ms. Chatterjee represented clients before the PTAB and district courts and regularly provided opinions on patent validity, patent infringement, and other intellectual property issues. Ms. Chatterjee is listed as one of the Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list by the PTAB Bar Association and is a co-author of The Practitioner’s Guide to Trials Before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

She currently serves as a Director on the Board of the PTAB Bar Association.
