She has managed international and complex, large-scale matters, developed customized and innovative technology and always works to ensure that the clients' needs are thoroughly served. Her exceptional leadership abilities and well-developed people skills leads to consistent success when building and maintaining client relationships, consulting on emerging technologies in the legal and technology industries and creating customized solutions to exceed both client and firm needs.

Throughout her career, she has implemented multiple initiatives which allow attorneys to focus on practicing law while removing administrative burdens and saving clients’ money. With a team of developers and staff, she has created technology-based solutions for legal matters. These platforms continue to develop organically with continued enhancements as the needs of the case reveal themselves over time and currently include client portals, data rooms, tracking systems and information-flow systems.

By following her passion of technology and law, Nicole made the move to Filevine where she is part of an innovative and exciting team who assists clients and firms in elevating their practice to the cloud and automating internal workflows and processes.

Outside of Filevine, Nicole dedicates her time to administering Salesforce databases, enhancing workflows and developing automation for a non-profit organization.

Emelia Schinke is the Vice President of Legal at Buisinessolver. She is a business-minded corporate attorney with years of experience managing a wide variety of legal matters. Her proficiencies are in contract negotiation, development and drafting; offering sage, and business-focused legal advice to assist organizations make risk-informed decisions; and efficient process creation to help organizations scale.

Emelia demonstrates expertise in sales and technology contracts, along with her approachable demeanor position her to positively and pointedly contribute to her business-clients as a trusted business partner and legal counsel.

Emelia holds a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law.

He previously served as the CIO at Margolis Edelstein and taught philosophy at a variety of institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania, the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the University of Warsaw.

Cain is a philosopher and technologist, skilled in knowledge management, leadership, and technology. His work happens at the intersection of innovation and best-practices. With a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused on building, creating and finding new ways to learn, Cain advances a big-picture view on the future of legal work.

Cain lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. He’s previously lived in Philadelphia, PA, Warsaw, Poland, Grinnell, IA and Houston, TX. When he’s not working, he enjoys being a citizen of the world.
