Diane Quick is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, based New York. She has over 18 years of experience with eDiscovery enterprise management, data analytics, and legal technology.

Diane has been responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and enforcement of litigation matter management protocols. She is a trusted advisor to her clients, which include Amlaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies. She has experience in a wide-range of litigation types in multiple sectors including financial services, construction, pharmaceutical, oil, and gas, and automotive.

Larry Dany is lead partner of the Eversheds Sutherland (US) Construction Industry Practice Group in New York City. For the past 19 years, he has helped clients across numerous industries solve complex business and legal challenges in the areas of engineering and construction. He is recognized in leading publications such as Chambers USA, where he is described as "very skilled and experienced" and "succinct, sharp and someone who has the ability to make complex matters simple.”

Larry represents domestic and international contractors, owners, developers and design professionals in large disputes relating to public and private construction projects, particularly in the power, energy, infrastructure and commercial sectors. He is recognized for efficient and strategic approaches to achieving successful outcomes in litigation, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution processes throughout the United States.

Larry has extensive experience covering a wide range of projects, including power plants, water and wastewater treatment plants, high-rise commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, hotels, onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, oil and gas storage and pipeline, manufacturing plants and heavy civil works. Clients regularly look to Larry to help manage and recover problem projects through advisory and dispute avoidance, and to reduce risk and achieve successful project outcomes through contract negotiation and drafting, including design-build and EPC agreements.

Larry is pro bono counsel for the YWCA of Brooklyn, Inc., and a volunteer firefighter with the Pelham Manor Volunteer Fire Company.

Mr. Diggs is Senior Counsel and Manager of Claims, Bechtel Corporation, Oil, Gas & Chemical, and is responsible for the prosecution, defense and settlement of construction claims for Bechtel’s OG&C global business unit worldwide.

Mr. Diggs has over 28 years of experience in construction contracts, claims, and claim litigation. Mr. Diggs manages the prosecution and defense of construction claims in various domestic and international forums. He has also drafted and negotiated large construction and procurement contracts for various types of industrial and commercial projects, including the design and construction of oil and gas refineries, LNG facilities and commercial and industrial buildings. Mr. Diggs has also written various articles and made numerous presentations on construction claims issues.

Prior to joining Bechtel, Mr. Diggs was a partner in the law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates and Ellis (K&L Gates) where he concentrated his practice in the area of complex construction litigation and contract negotiations. In addition, Mr. Diggs is a registered neutral arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. He is also a member of various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association (ABA), Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), and the Texas Bar.

Patricia is a Senior Director with the New York Data & Technology team. As a licensed attorney in New York State, she brings 10 plus years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation. Patricia was recently nominated for top under 40 by the Hispanic National Bar Association.

Patricia is an Ohio State alum and recently attended Baylor University Law School for a Master of Law in eDiscovery with a focus on litigation management and eDiscovery. She previously was a practicing attorney at Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett for 6 years out of there New York office. She has 3 children under the age of 6 and is a very active mom and wife.
