Penny Madden is an English qualified King’s counsel and serves as co-partner in charge of the London office at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is co-chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group, and a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Group.
Penny has particular expertise in conducting international disputes in parallel with complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory enforcement investigations and criminal proceedings. She represents clients across the globe in a variety of arbitration, court and regulatory proceedings, and specializes in shareholder, telecommunications, tax, accounting, and financial services disputes arising in emerging markets, with a particular focus on the Middle East and Africa.

Marco Molina focuses his practice on international disputes and serves as Baker & Hostetler’s International Commercial Arbitration team leader. He specializes in international commercial arbitrations, investor-State arbitrations, cross-border litigations, global asset tracing and recovery, anticorruption compliance, cryptocurrency-related litigations, corporate governance disputes and extradition cases.
Marco has represented clients before U.S. federal, state and administrative courts as well as before a variety of international arbitral tribunals, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the affiliated International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and in ad hoc arbitrations under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
