Description

No one could have anticipated that 2020 would be the year that the legal profession went fully virtual. In 2019, we talked as if this was 10 years away. Today, legal departments, law firms and courts all across the world have embraced and implemented these technologies and new working practices. This transformative shift for the legal profession has brought new opportunities and risks for General Counsel. The imposing privacy risks have been quick to appear, but should this impede the move to virtual? In this new digital age, what are the key privacy challenges and how can we tackle these so they do not impede the digital movement?

This program was recorded as part of Corporate Counsel's Women, Influence, and Power in Law Virtual Conference held on October 27th, 2020.
