Hope Sharett

Chief Legal & Strategy Officer

Hope Sharett joined as the Chief Legal & Strategy Officer in January 2024, where she provides practical legal advice and innovative solutions in the areas of contracts, commercial ventures, strategic operations, regulatory compliance and business partnerships.

Sharett has 20 years of experience working in the private, public and nonprofit sectors minimizing risk and maximizing opportunities in order to strengthen organizations and communities. Most recently, she served as general counsel and corporate secretary for ASU Enterprise Partners, which operates in service to Arizona State University advancing philanthropy, real estate, technology transfer, venture investment and applied research.

Prior to relocating to Phoenix, she led the corporate philanthropy program of a prestigious privately held management and investment company in Columbus, Ohio. Sharett began her career at the law firm of Bricker & Eckler LLP as bond counsel, advising clients in the public and nonprofit sectors on matters of infrastructure finance and governance. Sharett was executive director of the statewide nonprofit Law and Leadership Institute in partnership with Ohio’s nine law schools and six metropolitan areas and director of outside counsel for the Ohio Attorney General with oversight of legal matters for the state’s public colleges, universities, boards, commissions and agencies.

Committed to community engagement, Sharett currently volunteers on the boards of the Friends of Public Radio Arizona, the National Council of The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law, Hope Center and Randolph United Community Land Trust.

Sharett received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University where she was awarded All-American Honors as a member of the track & field team. She received her Juris Doctor from Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law where she was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal and honored as an Outstanding Recent Alumnus. While studying law, Sharett also earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs.

In her spare time, Sharett enjoys golf, fitness, volunteering and traveling with her family.

Jaime Daddona counsels public and privately held companies and focuses her practice on business and finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, corporate governance matters, stockholder relations matters, securities offerings and restructurings.

Jaime has a diverse transactional and corporate counseling practice representing clients in strategic transactions, working closely with boards of directors and senior managers on governance matters, managing debt and equity investments, and drafting and negotiating supply, distribution and other commercial agreements. Jaime's transactions regularly involve cross-border, multi-disciplinary teams that leverage the strengths of our worldwide platform.

Siobhan McCleary

Siobhan is a Managing Director and a senior member of the mergers & acquisitions legal team at Accenture. She also supports Project Spotlight, the engagement and early investment program under Accenture Ventures, and is a member of the Strategic Minority Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Accenture in 2013, Siobhan was in private practice in both New York and Silicon Valley. Siobhan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Shannone Raybon

Shannone has more than 20 years of private and public sector experience with a specialty in regulatory and healthcare law. Shannone is a key member of the senior leadership team at Adapt Health. Adapt Health is a national provider of home medical equipment.

As Deputy General Counsel for the company, Shannone manages the day-to-day operations of the legal department. She also serves as Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors and is a founding member of the Employee Engagement Committee.

Shannone holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and a JD from Ohio Northern University. Shannone is actively involved in her community. She serves as a board member for The Healing Trust, a not-for-profit designed to advance racial equity and eliminate health disparities. Shannone also serves on the Metro Nashville Procurement Standards Board.

In her time away from work, Shannone enjoys spending time with her family, trying out new restaurants and visiting presidential libraries.

Yelena Dunaevsky

Yelena is a member of Woodruff Sawyer’s transactional insurance brokerage and SPAC teams. She advises clients on M&A- and IPO-related insurance solutions, including representations and warranties insurance and D&O insurance for SPACs. Yelena is a frequent speaker and author and serves as the M&A managing editor of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Today.

Prior to Woodruff Sawyer, Yelena oversaw the development of Bloomberg Law’s practical guidance, reference and analysis content covering capital markets, M&A and securities law and practiced as a senior capital markets associate at Clifford Chance and a corporate associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.

Yelena received her BS in Economics from Cornell University and her JD from Fordham University School of Law.
