Eric is also a Partner at the Denver law firm Glade, Voogt, Lopez, Smith PC. Eric's expertise includes entrepreneurship, founding and growing technology companies. Eric is a thought leader in the areas of Technology Development, Construction Law, Trials, Appeals, Commercial Litigation, and Environmental Law.

Eric has a BS in Engineering from Kansas State University and a JD from the University of Kansas.

Jacqueline Schafer is the founder and CEO of Clearbrief.ai (Winner, Litigation Technology Product of the Year, Legalweek 2023).

Schafer was named to the American Bar Association’s “2022 Women of Legal Tech” list, the 2022 Fastcase 50, Honoring ‘Innovators, Techies, Visionaries and Leaders’ in Law, and also received the 2021 Washington State Bar APEX Award for Legal Innovation for founding Clearbrief as well as for her 2020 law review article ("Harnessing AI for Struggling Families").

Jacqueline began her career as a litigation associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, and spent the majority of her career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Washington and Alaska Attorney General’s Offices, where she specialized in appellate practice and complex litigation. She served as in-house counsel for a $3B national nonprofit before launching Clearbrief in 2020.

Dru is a customer focused Chief Executive Officer with expert knowledge in running high growth software organizations. She has extensive experience scaling technology companies with market leading private equity firms throughout her career. Dru’s prior experience includes leadership, operations and consulting roles across the private equity field. She is a leader on topics including innovation, diversity and inclusion and verticalized software. Dru holds a BA from Columbia University and a Masters of Business and a JD from The University of Chicago.

Pratik Shah, Founder and CEO of EsquireTek, brings a unique blend of legal expertise and AI vision to the legal landscape. He concurrently serves as Associate Director of Litigation at Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi LLP, where he shapes trial strategies, oversees litigation processes, and ensures seamless case transitions from outside counsel. Pratik's numerous contributions, from his time as a Deputy District Attorney to private practice, have earned him recognition as one of the Top 15 Attorneys Disrupting the Legal Industry in 2021 and a consistent Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2016.
