Description

In the ever-evolving world of employment law, restrictive covenants have become essential tools for safeguarding business interests, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Crafting and enforcing these covenants, however, necessitates precision to avoid legal challenges. Enforceable restrictive covenants must strike a delicate balance, being reasonable in terms and scope while adhering to federal and state laws.

In this CLE program, experienced commercial litigators Ronald M. Rosengarten and Robin E. McGuffin will cast light on the profound impact of significant legal cases on the interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants.
