Andrea Miskolczi leads Dentons’ European innovation and knowledge management activities, including legal service delivery transformation and LegalTech solution development. Having 20 years of experience in the legal business, Andrea is passionate about the change of the legal industry and aims to inspire people to not only embrace, but also to shape, such transformation. Prior to joining Dentons, Andrea oversaw innovation and LegalTech, business development and training, as well as marketing and communications at a leading Central and Eastern European law firm. Her understanding of legal services is based on having been a transactional lawyer with one of the “Magic Circle” law firms in her birth town, Budapest, Hungary.

As the Chief Operations Officer, Mrs. Schubert is responsible for overseeing all internal technical operations and Product Strategy. Her teams work closely with law firms, corporations, service providers and government agencies to consult and maximize software implementations, product adoption, and consulting to maximize ROI and ensure success with IPRO solutions. Mrs. Schubert previously managed the eDiscovery operations at the global law firm, Latham & Watkins, LLP. In that capacity, she built the firm’s practice support in the U.S. and E.U. to support their global Litigation Department. Her team enhanced the firm’s technology by evaluating and implementing it.

Matthew's cross-disciplinary practice focuses on data privacy, cybersecurity, crisis management, and incident response for a broad range of industries. He is well-versed in multi-jurisdictional privacy compliance; cyber risk identification, mitigation, and response strategies; complex information governance and data management issues; and cross-border electronic discovery. His diverse experience at the intersection of litigation, informational and operational technology, and data management enables him to provide clients with comprehensive business-oriented counsel proactively and in real time.

Lauren Ingegneri is Vice President of Legal at Corza Medical, a global medical device company offering wound closure and ophthalmologic devices at competitive prices and with exceptional customer service. She is part of the extended leadership team and provides strategic legal counsel in all areas including commercial contracts, corporate governance, M&A, data privacy, litigation, risk management, IP, compliance, and labor and employment.

Julie Heller focuses on developing and implementing strategy for KM and IG topics including data lifecycle management and classification, legacy data disposition, and legal hold and data preservation processes. Ms. Heller has more than 22 years of eDiscovery, legal technology and legal project management experience. Ms. Heller possesses more than 18 years of litigation technology management experience and previously worked at Baker Hostetler LLP, Epiq Systems eDiscovery Solutions, Proskauer Rose LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.S. from Columbia University.
