Newly Admitted Florida Attorneys
Newly admitted attorneys: Please note that the Florida Bar requires all newly admitted attorneys to take 3 basic skills courses through the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the Florida bar. Attorneys in Florida must report their attendance credits by logging into their Member Portal on the Florida Bar website and entering the course reference IDs they were provided upon completion of the programs.

Florida attorneys may earn all twenty-eight (28) CLE credits online law.com/clecenter.
Carry Over Credit Rule: Attorneys cannot carry over credits into the next reporting period.
Attorneys must earn at least three (3) hours in Ethics (incl. Mental Illness Awareness), at least three (3) hours in Technology, and two (2) hours in Legal Professionalism which must be taken through the Florida Bar.
