Rule Change for 2020-2021 AND 2021-2022 Compliance Periods: The Kansas Supreme Court issued an order waiving the credit hour limit on pre-recorded programming for the 2020-2021 AND the 2021-2020 compliance period. Kansas attorneys can complete all 12 CLE credit hours through online, on-demand, and/or pre-recorded programming on CLECenter.com

Kansas Credits Attorney Can Earn on CLECenter.com:

Kansas attorneys may earn six (6) of twelve (12) CLE credits online at CLECenter.com, including two (2) in ethics.

COVID Rule Change: The Supreme Court of the State of Kansas has removed the credit limitation of pre-recorded CLE for the 2020-2021 reporting periods. Kansas attorneys can complete their entire requirement via online CLE courses on CLECenter.com

Carry Over Credits Rule: Attorneys may carry over ten (10) credits into the next reporting period. Ethics credits cannot be carried over.

Kansas Additional Information

Attorneys must earn at least two (2) credits in Ethics as part of their CLE requirement.
