This year's submissions ranged from a patent-pending method for forcing law firms to lower their rates to a customized manual that explains the nuts and bolts of conducting e-discovery. This year's IC-10 once again proves that with a little creative thinking and initiative, legal departments large and small can find inexpensive ways to be more effective, more efficient and more valuable to their clients.
