Washington, D.C.-based Harman International Industries, a global audio equipment company, has named Todd A. Suko vice president, general counsel and secretary. Previously Suko was vice president, general counsel and secretary for United Agri Products. He will replace Edwin Summers, who will remain with Harman in a senior legal role.
