Molson Coors Brewing Co., based in Denver, named Sherri Heckel Kuhlmann deputy general counsel. Kuhlmann previously was a partner at Holme Roberts & Owen.

D. Russell “Rusty” Hood was named vice president and general counsel of Elyria, Ohio-based Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, an air brake technology company. He previously worked at Cleveland-based Flight Options as vice president, general counsel and secretary in charge of legal, corporate affairs and communications.

Quaker Chemical Corp., based in Conshohocken, Penn., named Robert Traub assistant general counsel and director of global corporate compliance.

J. Christopher Clifton was named vice president of legal and assistant secretary at PHH Corp., a Mount Laurel, N.J.-based mortgage and fleet management company. Previously, he was executive vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and secretary of Bimini Capital Management Inc.

The Hain Celestial Group Inc., a Melville, N.Y.-based natural and organic products company, named Kim K. Azzarelli general counsel, senior vice president of legal and public affairs, and corporate secretary. Previously she was vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary at Avon Products Inc.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., a third party logistics company based in Eden Prairie, Minn., promoted Ben Campbell to vice president, general counsel and secretary. Previously, he was assistant general counsel with the company.

Pep Boys, a Philadelphia-based auto parts retail chain, promoted Brian Zuckerman to senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. He was previously vice president and general counsel for the company.

East Rutherford, N.J.-based Cambrex Corp., a supplier for pharmaceutical companies, promoted F. Michael Zachara to vice president, general counsel and secretary. He was previously assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for the company.

David Smiga has been promoted to assistant general counsel-environment at Pittsburgh-based United States Steel Corp. Previously he was an attorney in the litigation and environmental sections of the company.

Sedgwick CMS, the Memphis, Tenn.-based third party claims administration services, has promoted general counsel Kimberly D. Brown to executive vice president. Brown, who serves as corporate secretary and chief privacy officer, has also been appointed to the company's executive committee.
