Falls Church, Va.-based DynCorp International, a provider of specialized mission-critical services to civilian and military government agencies, named Gregory Nixon senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Previously he worked at McKinsey & Co. as associate general counsel and assistant secretary.
Metals USA Holdings Corp., a Houston-based provider in the heavy carbon steel, flat-rolled steel, nonferrous metals and building products markets, named William “Will” Smith II vice president and general counsel. Previously he was senior vice president and general counsel at Cross Match Technologies Inc.
New York-based Minerals Technologies Inc., a specialty mineral product developer, named Thomas Meek vice president, general counsel and secretary. Previously he was deputy general counsel at Alcoa Inc.
