Magnetek Inc., based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., named Scott S. Cramer general counsel, vice president and corporate secretary. Cramer was formerly senior vice president and general counsel at Bucyrus International.

Clothing retailer Rue 21 Inc. promoted Stacy Siegal to general counsel and vice president. Siegal has been with the Pittsburgh-based company since 2006 and was previously corporate counsel and assistant secretary.

Hilary Krane was named general counsel and vice president of Nike Inc., the Beaverton, Ore.-based athletic shoe and apparel company. Krane was formerly executive vice president, general counsel and corporate affairs at Levi Strauss & Co.

Philadelphia-based Day & Zimmerman, a provider of industrial, defense and workforce solutions, named Mike Littlejohn general counsel of its government services division. Littlejohn was formerly an advisor on governmental communication with Akerman Senterfitt.

Joseph Heerens was named general counsel of Indianapolis Airport Authority. Heerens formerly served as chief legal counsel for Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels.

Irving, Texas-based church solutions provider Fellowship Technologies appointed Nic Cheneweth vice president of information technology and general counsel. Cheneweth was previously chief executive and legal affairs officer of Friendship Developmental Services Inc. before serving as a consultant to Fellowship Technologies.

in McLean, Va., named Thomas McCabe general counsel and secretary. McCabe was formerly executive vice president and general counsel of Braintech Inc.

Leonard Keen was named general counsel and vice president of the Bovie Medical Corp. Previously Keen was a partner at Kaplan, Ward & Patel with specialties in business law and intellectual property.

Hartford Healthcare and Hartford Hospital appointed Michele Bush general counsel. Formerly Bush served as principal in the Chicago office of Miller Canfield.

Judith Shepherd was named general counsel of Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC. Shepherd formerly served as general counsel of Barclay's global retail and commercial banking division.

Hill-Rom Holdings Inc., an Indiana-based medical equipment firm, named Susan Lichtenstein senior vice president of corporate affairs and chief legal officer. Lichtenstein previously was general counsel of Baxter.
