William J. Bullard has been named general counsel for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. Bullard has been with parent company OGE Energy since 2001. He will also continue to serve as assistant general counsel for OGE Energy.
Clean Energy Experts has hired Reggie Norris as executive vice president and general counsel. Previously, Norris was chief operations officer and general counsel for Nika Water Co.
Christopher Rose joins CODA Automotive as general counsel. Prior to joining CODA, Rose was of counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, Calif.
Milton Lovell was named chief financial officer and general counsel of nexAir, which specializes in gas regulation systems. Lovell previously handled mergers and acquisitions for Burch, Porter & Johnson.
ViaWest, a provider of data center services, has appointed Joseph Guerriero as senior vice president and general counsel. Previously, Guerriero was an associate at Hogan Lovells where he specialized in corporate transactional matters.
Specialized pharmaceutical company NuPathe, which focuses on therapeutics for diseases affecting the central nervous system, has appointed Michael Marino as general counsel, vice president and corporate secretary. Marino was previously a senior associate in the corporate law department at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius in Philadelphia.
Sheri Edison has been named general counsel, vice president and secretary of flexible packaging maker Bemis Co., Inc. Prior to joining Bemis, Edison was senior vice president and chief administrative officer of Hill-Rom Co., Inc., the healthcare unit of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc.
Stevens Institute of Technology has named Kathy Schulz its first ever general counsel. Schulz joins the school as general counsel, vice president and secretary. She previous served as associate general counsel at Yale University.
Mark Chilson joins nonprofit health care service provider CareSource as general counsel and executive vice president. Chilson is CareSource's first GC and was previously a partner at Bricker & Eckler.
Lori J. Marco will succeed James W. Cavanaugh as general counsel of Hormel Foods Corp. when he retires in January. Marco previously served as senior attorney.
Virginia-based Sunrise Senior Living has appointed David Haddock as general counsel and secretary. Haddock joined Sunrise in 2005 as an associate general counsel and was later promoted to deputy general counsel at the company.
Global wealth management firm Barclays Wealth hired Donald Gershuny as managing director and general counsel, Americas. Gershuny most recently served as general counsel for global wealth management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Arthur Meyer has been named general counsel for DPL and the Dayton Power and Light Co. Meyer will continue to fulfill his responsibilities as senior vice president, the position he held prior to his GC appointment.
Financial and strategic advisory firm Buccino & Associates Inc. has named Christopher L. Picone president and general counsel. Picone was previously managing director and head of Buccino's national real estate practice.
David Curran joins Intralinks Holdings Inc. as executive vice president of business and legal affairs, replacing Gary Hirsch, who has resigned as general counsel and senior vice president of the company. Prior to joining Intralinks, Curran was president and chief executive officer of Data Communique Inc.
Pittsburgh-based Liberty Tire Recycling has named Frank DeCarlo general counsel. Before joining Liberty Tire Recycling, DeCarlo worked for the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.

Driscoll from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr have stepped in to represent Symbotic Inc., an A.I.-enabled technology platform that focuses on increasing supply chain efficiency, and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

Edmund Polubinski and Marie Killmond of Davis Polk & Wardwell have entered appearances for data platform software development company MongoDB and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The case is 1:24-cv-07594, Roy v. Ittycheria et al.

Amy O. Bruchs and Kurt F. Ellison of Michael Best & Friedrich have entered appearances for Epic Systems Corp. in a pending employment discrimination lawsuit. The suit was filed Sept. 7 in Wisconsin Western District Court by Levine Eisberner LLC and Siri & Glimstad on behalf of a project manager who claims that he was wrongfully terminated after applying for a religious exemption to the defendant's COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Anita Marie Boor, is 3:24-cv-00630, Secker, Nathan v. Epic Systems Corporation.

David X. Sullivan, Thomas J. Finn and Gregory A. Hall from McCarter & English have entered appearances for Sunrun Installation Services in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer, is 3:24-cv-01423, Steins v. Sunrun, Inc. et al.
