It’s a new contract for Rebecca Collins who’s been appointed general counsel and chief compliance officer at Contractor Management Services, a compliance software and payment settlement services company. In her new position, Collins will be a member of the executive team, and advise on legal, compliance and strategic business planning, as well as oversee CMS’ risk management and human resources.
“Rebecca brings tremendous subject matter expertise, compliance experience and insight to CMS and we look forward to her leadership and guidance,” said Patrick LaVoie, chief executive officer of CMS, in prepared remarks.
