Imagine you have just returned to your desk from the company cafeteria. Your freshly brewed latte is gently wafting steam from a custom mug inlaid with pictures of your children. Outside of a few inconvenient meetings, the day ahead appears entirely manageable.
Your phone rings, and you glance at the caller ID. Oddly, the number shows as “Unknown” – you've never seen that before. Somewhat hesitant, you pick up.
“Hello?”
