Arrest Announced in Midtown Slaying of UPS Lawyer
Atlanta police announced Tuesday afternoon that a Roswell man was in custody in connection with the shooting death of Trinh Huynh, who arrived as a child refugee from wartorn Vietnam, grew up in Georgia and dedicated herself to the Atlanta legal and immigrant community.

A woman killed in a Midtown shooting during rush hour Monday morning was an in-house attorney at UPS who began her career at Powell Goldstein and Alston & Bird.
Trinh Huynh, 40, was shot several times as she crossed Peachtree Street near Peachtree Place around 7:40 a.m. Monday, most likely on her way to work, possibly via MARTA, according to Atlanta Police Department. She was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where she later died.
An arrest was announced around 4 p.m. Tuesday by the Atlanta Police Department, which said Raylon Browning, 39, of Roswell, was in custody on a murder charge stemming from the shooting. Investigators said Monday that they believed the suspect may have specifically targeted Huynh but did not on Tuesday provide further information about whether the two knew each other, stating that their investigation continues.
