Bayer AG's compliance chiefs can usually be found with their heads buried deep in legal- and regulatory-related work. But in recent months, they've found themselves working alongside a film crew revising scripts, rehearsing their lines and scouting for filming locations.

That's because the Leverkusen, Germany-based health care giant is rolling out a new type of compliance training this month that's different from anything it's offered its employees before. To learn all about compliance, employees can log in from their phone or computer to play an interactive video game.

It's a mix between the typical video training programs where actors play out different scenarios in the workplace designed to teach employees HR-friendly lessons, and a choose-your-own-adventure type of game.
