Energy industry veteran Susan Lindberg has been named top lawyer at SemGroup Corp.
Tulsa, Oklahoma-based SemGroup announced last week the appointment of Lindberg as vice president and general counsel. Lindberg has extensive experience leading transactional, governance and energy regulatory matters for global energy companies. She was most recently the GC at Eni US Operating Co. Inc., an integrated energy company based in Italy. Before joining Eni in 2006, Lindberg held in-house positions at Duke Energy Corp. and Enron Corp.
She began her legal career as an associate in the energy section of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
