Once again, James Chen is getting behind the wheel at an electric vehicle manufacturer's legal department.
After nearly six years at Tesla Motors and a brief stint with Faraday Future last year, Chen has been named vice president and general counsel of Chanje, a brand new commercial all-electric truck company. Chanje boasts that it is the first company to deliver electric trucks immediately at mass scale in the U.S. market.
Production has already begun for Chanje's first volume fleet orders on medium-duty trucks, which it expects will be delivered this fall.
