This summer, ALM Intelligence and Morrison & Foerster released the inaugural General Counsel Up At Night Survey, which provided feedback from GCs about what sorts of legal and business issues are top of mind for them. The results, which were published on Corporate Counsel, drew a lot of attention and feedback from our readers and started some interesting debates about what matters most to today's general counsel.

Now we're inviting general counsel and other in-house decision-makers to take a few minutes before Oct. 16 to share their views with us again in another round of data gathering.

Wave 2 of the General Counsel Up At Night Index Survey will dive into GC challenges such as privacy, data security, regulation and enforcement, risk and crisis management, and intellectual property. All responses must be collected by Oct. 16. Information provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
