Office Depot Inc. has named David Bleisch as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
Bleisch will be in charge of the strategic direction of the legal organization and operations and manage regulatory and compliance matters for the Boca Raton, Florida-based office supply chain, according to a company announcement released earlier this week.
He will report to Office Depot CEO Gerry Smith.
