There were a lot of new faces in general counsel offices around the country in 2017. Whether battered by corporate legal problems or just ready to retire, a number of top GCs moved on.
Listed here by company, in alphabetical order, are 10 key general counsel moves that occurred in 2017. Some were included because they are Fortune 100 companies, others because their legal problems made headlines this year, and still others simply because the general counsel's name is so well known in the legal arena.
