Connie Chen was hungry for an in-house legal role. So in 2011, after seven years at Latham & Watkins, she left for an associate general counsel role at online restaurant-reservation service company OpenTable.
Four years later, she was bumped up to the GC role. Over the course of her time at OpenTable, she's helped see the company through its acquisition by Priceline and its recent “OpenKitchen” campaign launch, which aims to boost gender inclusivity in the restaurant scene.
