Bostrom will leave the retailer to "pursue new challenges," according to a recent SEC filing. Before joining Abercrombie, Bostrom was general counsel at Freddie Mac and helped the company navigate the financial crisis.

- Continued payment of his base salary in biweekly installments for a period of 18 months following the separation date;
- Reimbursement for 18 months of health insurance premiums; and
- An annual incentive compensation bonus for the fiscal year ending Feb. 2, 2019, and his target bonus opportunity of 60 percent of his base salary, both based on actual Fiscal 2018 performance.
