TrialWorks LLC, the company that owns the legal case management software programs Needles and TrialWorks, announced on Tuesday that it has hired a new chief operating officer and leader of the Needles brand.
The company announced the hiring of David Wagner IV on Tuesday morning. In his role as COO, he will be responsible for technology innovation, research, marketing, sales and customer support. He began his role on Monday. Wagner is not replacing anyone, rather, he was hired to help strengthen the Needles management team.
“I am incredibly excited to be joining the company during this phase of increased investment and growth at TrialWorks and Needles,” Wagner said in an email. “It's clear the company is exceptionally well positioned to maintain and strengthen its position as the industry leader in the Legal Case Management space.”
Ryan Pakter, the managing director of TrialWorks, said in a news release that he is excited to have Wagner join the team.
“David's experience was critical in accelerating Omnitracs' growth and technology development, and we are excited for him to bring his skillset to Needles to help streamline our operations and processes, thereby better positioning us for high growth,” Pakter said.
Wagner most recently worked as the vice president of operations and support at Omnitracs, a trucking solutions company based in Dallas.
Wagner joins the company during a time of growth. TrialWorks intends on announcing a series of new platforms in the coming weeks, according to its co-chairman, Michael Mager.
TrialWorks is a case management software creator and owns the software of the same name and also produces Needles, another case management software. Needles and TrialWorks merged in September 2017.
