As chief counsel for Cisco's Worldwide Partner Organization, her LinkedIn states she built a team of attorneys and provided guidance on regulatory and antitrust issues.

“Elaine has been an outstanding addition to our team from the start, guiding us skillfully and strategically through a major acquisition, a rebrand, numerous partnership deals, GDPR implementation, and intellectual property protection,” said Topia CEO Brynne Kennedy in a press release. “As we look ahead, Elaine's experience and insight will be extremely valuable for demonstrating to our enterprise clients that we have the resources and expertise they'd expect, and for setting us on a mature path to success.”
