Their brands include restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. Throughout the episode, Craig and Kelly discuss the move from working at a firm to in-house counsel, her favorite Bloomin' restaurant, and what the challenges are of managing legal for a nationwide brand.
