Walmart Inc. announced Wednesday that attorney David Searle will become vice president and International chief ethics and compliance officer May 28. The world’s largest retailer operates over 11,300 stores in 27 countries.

Searle currently serves as chief compliance officer and associate general counsel for Houston-based Bristow Group Inc., a global industrial aviation services company. In his new job, Searle will be based at Walmart headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas.
