Keysight Technologies Inc. made it official: The California-based firm has named its acting general counsel, Jeffrey Li, as GC, senior vice president and secretary.
Li will oversee legal, compliance and customer contracts at the company, which designs, tests, makes and optimizes electronic equipment for an array of industries, from automotive and energy to communications and aerospace and defense. The firm generated $3.9 billion in revenues for fiscal year 2018.
Li went to work for Keysight at the firm's San Jose headquarters as vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary in 2014, after the company spun off from Agilent Technologies Inc. He'd worked for Agilent for more than three years, first as senior counsel and later as vice president and assistant GC, according to his LinkedIn profile.
