Boeing, the Chicago-based aerospace company, elevated two in-house attorneys to fill the general counsel and chief compliance officer roles.

Uma Amuluru was named vice president and chief compliance officer last week. Although there was no official announcement, she was added to the company’s executive website with her new role. The previous chief ethics and compliance officer, Diana Sands, will retire this year after 20 years at Boeing, the company announced in April.
