The chief lawyer for Truist Financial Corp. is trumpeting the Charlotte, North Carolina-based bank holding company’s first-ever corporate social responsibility report. 

Truist’s 22-member board of directors includes seven women and four Black directors. Women also chair three of the board’s six committees. Of Truist’s 14-member executive team, two are women and two are Black, according to the CSR report released Thursday.
