Lumber Liquidators has tapped Alice Givens, a former in-house lawyer and leader for prominent restaurant and retail brands, to serve as the hardwood flooring company's new top lawyer. She takes over the legal department in the midst of a rebranding effort on the heels of several class action settlements.
