Penn National Gaming Inc. has reinstated the base salaries of its executives, including chief lawyer Carl Sottosanti, after they agreed to take pay cuts earlier in the year to lessen the financial blow of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Penn, a Wyomissing, Pennsylvania-based casino and racetrack operator, has reopened more than 90% of its properties across the country on a limited basis and is reporting a “substantially improved liquidity position,” according to a recent 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
