Ripple general counsel Stu Alderoty is speaking out about the “tension between regulation and innovation” in the U.S. and what he sees as the Securities and Exchange Commission’s failure to provide the cryptocurrency industry with clear regulatory guidance. 

“We know what bad looks like, but we’re left to guess what good looks like. And that’s just not healthy,” Alderoty said during a recent episode of The Ripple Drop, a web video series from the San Francisco-based crypto company.
