Penn National Gaming Inc. plans to begin the new year with a new general counsel.
The Wyomissing, Pennsylvania-based casino and racetrack operator's longtime general counsel, Carl Sottosanti, is slated to retire Dec. 31, and Harper Ko, an established in-house leader for the gaming industry, will step in as his successor.
