Noom Inc. has tapped former Kickstarter general counsel and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison litigator Michal Rosenn to serve as chief lawyer of the New York-based digital health platform, which is known for its app-based weight loss plans.
"As the first real general counsel that Noom has had, I'm basically responsible for supporting the organization from a legal and public policy perspective. It's a growing organization. We're doing really exciting things. That presents all sorts of great and interesting opportunities," Rosenn said Monday in an interview.
