Marathon Oil Corp. general counsel, executive vice president and chief administrative officer Reginald Hedgebeth has resigned after leading the Houston-based petroleum exploration and production company's legal department for three years.
Hedgebeth announced his resignation Nov. 30 and stepped down Dec. 2, but he plans to stay on as a legal adviser through the end of the year, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
