The Walt Disney Co. general counsel and senior executive vice president Alan Braverman typically brings home Dumbo-sized bonuses. But last year was anything but typical. 

In 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic and financial crisis, Braverman and several other top executives at the Burbank, California-based entertainment and media giant agreed to forgo their bonuses and take salary cuts.
