Of all the general counsel overseeing legal departments for the 500 largest corporations in the U.S., a mere 2.8% are Latino. This translates to 14 GCs. 

The Hispanic National Bar Association aims to increase that number to at least 20 by the year 2025 through its novel PODER25 initiative, which launched in 2018. Since then, the HNBA has been creating a pipeline for Latino attorneys aspiring to top lawyer seats.
