After leading the legal departments for Getty Images Inc. and Rover.com, John Lapham is taking over as general counsel at Shutterstock Inc. during what he describes as a "period of transformation" for the New York-based provider of stock images, videos and music.
Lapham now oversees Shutterstock's global legal strategy and risk management and serves as a strategic business and legal adviser to the company's senior leadership team and board of directors.
