Approximately 31% of in-house counsel have noticed an increase in disputes since the beginning of the pandemic, according to the Norton Rose Fulbright Litigation Trends Survey published Wednesday.

The report shows that in-house counsel noted an increase in contract and labor and employment disputes since the beginning of 2021. Additionally, 46% of in-house counsel said they expect to see an uptick in disputes in the next six months.
