The former in-house attorney who was fired from Goosehead Insurance after posting a video outside the Capitol during the Jan. 6 attack is no longer representing Latinos for Trump in a suit to vacate the 2020 general election results. He is, however, seeking fees for his work.

In a motion for attorney fees filed Tuesday, Paul Davis asked U.S. District Judge Alan Albright of the Western District of Texas to order Latinos for Trump and his former co-counsel Kellye SoRelle to each pay him $1,800 for attorney fees. He said he has worked pro bono on the case for the past five weeks.
