Former Empire Resorts Inc. chief lawyer Nanette Horner has checked into the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino as vice president of legal and general counsel. She has worked in the gaming industry since the mid-1990s as a private attorney, in-house leader and regulator. 

As Hard Rock Atlantic City’s new top lawyer, Horner will represent the company in matters before the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and provide legal guidance on complying with rules and regulations of the commission and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
