Your law firm should have a plan which reflects a clear understanding of expectations and is focused on achieving all your requisite outcomes. For your purposes, an effective project plan isn't one that exists only in the lead lawyer's head. Nor is it an unseen document which resides behind closed doors. It should be a shared vision of the road ahead, enhanced by your contribution.
